By accessing or using OptionScout (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Not Investment Advice
OptionScout provides analytical tools, market data visualizations, and AI-generated trade ideas for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. All trading decisions are your own. Options trading carries substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose all or more of your initial investment.
3. Market Data
Market data is provided by third-party vendors and is believed to be accurate but is not guaranteed. OptionScout makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any data, calculations, or signals shown on the Service.
4. Paper Trading Only
OptionScout's portfolio features are paper-trading only. We do not execute live orders, hold customer funds, or provide brokerage services.
5. Account & Acceptable Use
You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs, (b) use the Service to violate any law, or (c) misrepresent your identity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OptionScout, its affiliates, and Pearl Street Capital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
