It reads the market before it picks a structure.
Every scan starts with the AI market read for the ticker: bullish, bearish or neutral, with the dealer positioning behind it. Scout uses that read to pre-select the strategy family and structure that fit — long options when dealers are short gamma and moves extend, defined-risk spreads when they're long gamma and moves grind, iron condors when the read is rangebound. Pick your own chip and it steps aside.
- The read carries its bias, in the card
- Family and structure auto-selected, released the moment you choose
- Same walls and flip as the GEX page
One line per play. One panel that explains it.
Results are one-line plays you can walk with the arrow keys: “Bet SPY rises to $800, with capped risk”, the contract code, the cost, what it pays if it works, and the chance of profit. Select one and the panel fills without the list jumping — the play in plain English, why it scored what it scored, profit and loss at expiration, and the legs with bid/ask, IV, open interest and Greeks.
- Rows never reflow; the panel does the explaining
- Score in four parts: reward for the risk 30, chance of profit 30, option pricing 20, easy to get in and out 20
- Hover the P/L curve to read profit or loss at any price
Paper trade it. Or send it to the Advisor.
Every panel ends with the next move. Paper Trade opens the play in your practice portfolio at live prices. Ask the AI Advisor sends the play — or the top 20 from the whole scan — to an advisor that ranks them against your thesis and risk budget, with the context already filled in. Two more links jump to dealer positioning on GEX and the flow tape for the same ticker.

Saved screens, share links, and scans that run on arrival.
Save a ticker-and-window combination under the scan bar and it's one tap next time. Share a scan as a public link. Export the filtered, sorted list to CSV on Trader. And a ticker link from anywhere in OptionScout — a GEX read, a watchlist row, a blog post — runs the scan the moment you land.
- Saved screens: 1 free, 3 on Trader, unlimited on Pro
- Share link on every scan; CSV export on Trader and Pro
- Ticker links run the scan on arrival
The same scan, built for thumbs.
Family chips across the top, one card per play, and a bottom sheet with the full breakdown when you tap one. The app tab bar keeps the Scanner, GEX, the flow tape and the Advisor one tap away, and the page stays put when the keyboard comes up.
Three steps to a play you understand.
